Our Company
After independence in 1975, aviation became a major issue in Cape Verde. Until then, except for Sal International Airport, all other airfields were under the management of TACV, and there were no air traffic services provided at these airfields. With the creation of ASA, these airfields were immediately transferred to its management, with the aim of developing them both in terms of infrastructure and the implementation of traffic services. From 1976 to 1980, Cape Verde undertook actions leading to the creation of the Sal Oceanic FIR.
