Working at ASA

For this reason, supporting the sustainability of ASA’s business and operations through a strategic human resources management policy is fundamental.
We believe in people and their potential, viewing talent as a synonym for excellence. We are committed to creating a work environment that fosters development and motivation, valuing individual performance through a strong investment in training, capacity building, and the evaluation of skills and results.
Our human resources policies and practices are aligned with ASA’s management model and development challenges, with a strategic focus on improving service quality, reinforcing safety policies, promoting a culture of efficiency, ensuring the sustainability of airport management, and modernizing air navigation services.
We promote internal communication by adopting new tools and initiatives that enhance knowledge sharing, teamwork, and the effective integration of new employees.

Our culture, shaped by the diverse experiences of our workforce, makes ASA one of the best companies to work for in Cabo Verde.

Internships

Acreditamos que praticar connosco é uma oportunidade de desenvolvimento, aprendizagem e crescimento.

As part of its social responsibility policy and in close partnership with educational institutions, government organizations, and civil society, ASA provides internship opportunities to recent graduates from vocational training centers and universities.
The internship program has proven to be highly impactful, aiming to facilitate young people’s transition into the labor market by offering real and enriching professional experience. At the same time, it enables ASA to identify and attract new talent that can contribute to the company’s growth and innovation.
Each year, ASA welcomes professionals at the beginning of their careers, either through direct recruitment or via the PEPE Program – Professional and Business Internship Program – managed by the Institute of Employment and Vocational Training (IEFP). This program seeks to attract and retain talent in the national market, positioning ASA as an active partner in promoting youth employability, through both academic and professional internships.
