Air Traffic Operations
Air Traffic Operations are responsible for ensuring the provision of Air Traffic Control
Services, Flight Information Services, Alert Services, and Advisory Services within the Flight Information Region (FIR) under the responsibility of the State of Cabo Verde. These services are delivered in strict compliance with applicable national and international regulations, ensuring the highest levels of safety, efficiency, and operational continuity.
In addition to the Air Traffic Control Center (ACC) located on the island of Sal, ASA operates air traffic services at the control towers of the airports of Sal, Praia, Boa Vista, and São Vicente.
At the aerodromes of São Filipe, Maio, and São Nicolau, Flight Information Services (AFIS) are provided, ensuring safe and effective monitoring of air operations in these locations.
