The Guarantee of Safety – Operational Safety and Occupational Health and Safety – of our activities and the Quality of the services provided, at Airports and in Air Navigation, is our commitment. For this, the engagement of all Management Levels, Employees, the Airport Community, and the Services operating at our Airports is crucial in order to meet or exceed the expectations of stakeholders.

Thus, ASA commits to:

  • Develop, Implement, Maintain, and Continuously Improve strategies and processes to ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with stakeholder expectations, in a safe environment, and in compliance with national and international requirements and standards;
  • Ensure that qualified and trained human resources are available for the implementation of safety and quality strategies and processes;
  • Optimize work processes, provide adequate resources, rationalize investment and operational costs to maximize results;
  • Promote the appreciation of employees, encouraging them to participate and get involved in the preparation and implementation of actions aimed at continuous improvement;
  • Encourage a culture of safety and quality through effective communication, ensuring that all employees have access to safety and quality information and training appropriate to their roles;
  • Establish indicators and goals to continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve our performance;
  • Implement a reporting system involving all employees and adopting a non-punitive culture, unless the reported concern is proven to be an illegal act, gross negligence, or a deliberate or intentional disregard of standards or procedures;
  • Use the review of Safety and Quality Management Systems to assess and measure the impact of action implementation;
  • Ensure that services provided by third parties are delivered in accordance with our safety and quality standards.
