The success of an organization depends on its main assets, the Human Resources. Therefore, it is essential to support the sustainability of the company’s business and activities on the principles of a strategic management policy for its staff.
We believe in people and their potential, so it is essential to invest in talent as a synonym for excellence. We are committed to creating a work environment that prioritizes development and motivation, valuing the performance of each worker with a strong focus on training, education, and the evaluation of skills and results.
Our human resources management policies and practices are aligned with ASA’s management model and development challenges, which have strategically focused on improving service quality, strengthening security policies, promoting a culture of efficiency, ensuring the sustainability of airport management, and modernizing air navigation service management.
We promote internal communication, seeking new tools and initiatives to enhance knowledge sharing, team spirit, and a warm welcome for new employees.
Our culture, resulting from the combination of the diverse experiences of our employees, makes ASA one of the best companies to work for in Cape Verde.
